Privacy Notice (KVKK)

This notice covers personal data processed through the MarsVita website’s contact form, email newsletter and site security functions. The data controller is Orient İlaç Kozmetik ve Gıda San. Tic. Data and collection methods The contact form collects your name, email address, optional phone number, subject, message and selected language. The newsletter form collects your email address, language and a record of your communication permission. A session identifier and technical server access records may be processed when you visit the site. Please do not enter sensitive information, including health or sex-life data, in the message field.

Purposes and legal grounds Contact-form data is processed to answer your enquiry and manage communications on the basis of legitimate interests under Article 5(2)(f) of KVKK; where necessary to establish, exercise or protect a right, Article 5(2)(e) applies. Your newsletter address and permission record are processed to send commercial emails about products and content on the basis of your separate explicit consent under Article 5(1). Session and technical data is processed to operate the site securely and prevent abuse under Article 5(2)(f); Article 5(2)(ç) applies where a legal obligation must be met. Sending a contact message does not subscribe you to the newsletter.

Recipients and retention Contact messages are stored in the admin panel and sent to the company’s contact mailbox. Access is limited to authorised staff and, as needed, hosting and email service providers; data may be disclosed to public authorities where legally required. Any transfer abroad is assessed separately under Article 9 of KVKK. Data is kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry, while newsletter permission remains active, or to meet applicable legal obligations; records should be deleted or anonymised once retention is no longer necessary.

Your rights and requests Under Article 11 of KVKK you may ask whether your data is processed, request information, learn its purpose and recipients, seek correction or deletion, object to a result produced solely by automated analysis, and claim compensation where the statutory conditions are met. Requests may be delivered in writing to the postal address above or through other legally accepted methods; if you use an email address already registered in our systems, you may write to info@orientilac.com.tr. Requests are answered within 30 days at the latest. You may withdraw newsletter permission by emailing the same address.
