Privacy Policy

This policy explains the MarsVita website’s practices for visitors, people who contact us and email newsletter subscribers. Orient İlaç Kozmetik ve Gıda San. Tic. A.Ş. is the data controller. For the legal grounds of processing and your rights, see the separate Privacy Notice (KVKK).

Information you provide Your name, email, optional phone number, subject and message from the contact form are stored in the company admin panel and forwarded to its contact mailbox. They are used to respond to your enquiry. A contact-form acknowledgement is not permission for marketing emails. Your newsletter email is recorded only when you give separate communication permission and may be used for newsletter emails until you withdraw that permission. Personal information is not sold or rented to third parties for marketing.

Technical data and cookies The site uses the PHPSESSID cookie for sessions and form security. The browser key mv_cookie_v2 remembers that the cookie notice was dismissed. The server may produce access and security logs. The site’s own code does not contain analytics, advertising, profiling or marketing cookies. See the Cookie Policy for details.

Sharing, security and external links Access is limited to staff who need the data for their duties. Hosting and email providers may process it to deliver their services, and information may be shared with authorities where required by law. Clicking WhatsApp, Google Maps or Orient İlaç links takes you to external services with their own privacy practices. The site should be published over HTTPS to protect data in transit.

Retention and requests Contact records are kept while needed to address the enquiry and applicable legal obligations; newsletter records are kept while permission remains active. You can request access, correction or deletion, or withdraw newsletter permission, at info@orientilac.com.tr. Formal requests under KVKK are answered within 30 days at the latest.
